"I haven't received the services of this particular collective, but I have met one of the workers/therapists - a Ms. Asavari Singh. I'd met her in 2016 at the direction of my psychiatrist at the time as he was under the impression that my temperamental difficulties arose at least in part as a consequence of some familial distress. My parents, who has pursued marriage counselling with the same woman at the time, had taken me along. The "therapy" session must have concluded within an hour after which she briefly spoke to my parents. Having agreed not to pursue treatment with her given her lack of the relevant qualifications needed to address the problem, I let it go but later came to find out that she would not answer my mother's calls. This is highly unbecoming of someone in the field and it is characteristically Indian. I don't want someone to go through the trouble of having multiple (EXPENSIVE) therapy sessions only to be dropped out of nowhere. You're paying with your wallet as much as youre paying with your time. Abrupt seizure of treatment is tantamount to having had none at all. Like getting an adhd diagnosis right after graduating college - what could have been?"
