"I was very disappointed with our service here. We were referred here for a "specialist" consultation. The doctor came in asked 2 questions then flipped through a text book and read from it to us. We left and that was that. I don't understand how he did anything deserving a HIGH consultation fee. Not to mention we asked if the consultation fee would be covered by our insurance and they made sure it would be. They ASSURED us we didn't have to pay any additional fees, yet 3months later we get a bill in the mail from them. I called and they said it was our responsibility to be sure of the fees, when we specifically asked them before the appointment and before signing anything! Respectfully how can this establishment assure quality care and good customer service when they just care about taking their patient's money? Long story short they just want your money without offering genuine care and services. I would not recommend you visiting."

"DO NOT COME HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Save the $100 for the exam, go somewhere that is actually worth the money. Find another Oral Surgeon/Dental Office. Incompetent staff who know nothing, literally NO CLUE, as to how dental insurance works. This office just wants your money, no consideration for the person/patient whatsoever. Took over 4 months to get a quote from this office due to their incompetence."

"WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Do NOT come here for any oral surgery. They scheduled my daughter for all 4 wisdom teeth extractions at once. NEVER called us in advance for prep instructions so I called them. Instead of giving me all info she only answered my questions as if I am a maxillo facial specialist and should know exactly what to ask. Then the lady told me she would call me 1 day prior to the procedure to review details and NEVER called. We get to the office on the day of procedure and they tell us we owe them over $1200 for this procedure. Who the Hell just charges people $1000+ without so much as a heads up?? Zero explanation. We decide to pay for only the 2 teeth that are truly bothering my daughter since we were not anticipating a payment at all, which for some reason is only $300 and 5 min later, the receptionist tells me that she needs to charge us an ADDITIONAL $100 JUST IN CASE my 95lb daughter requires more than normal anesthesia?? Again, ZERO explanation as to WHY EXTRA Anesthesia would even be needed in my daughters case. Honestly, how anyone can find this place to be even Slightly competent is beyond me. I work in the medical field for over a decade and would NEVER treat my patients this way."
