"They try to pressure people into unnecessary and expensive treatments. Get a second opinion on everything before allowing them to do anything. They are after the money. Like someone else in one of the comments I could not get my extraction because I refused the bone grafts (2 would have been $800 and it was not covered by insurance). When I scheduled the appointment the bone graft was not mentioned and they brought it up day off appointment and after I refused the bone graft they insisted I now needed to be put under and they reach out to my insurance for payment approval and call me in a couple of weeks to make a new appointment. I immediately felt like something was off and left. I genuinely do not understand how not getting a bone graft means I need anesthesia. I will not allow these scam artists to work on my teeth and neither should you."

"My experience at the Downey location was Horrible, Fisrt of all I made an appointment on the phone , the lady checked my medical to make sure it was active and to offer me a clean up. She didn’t let me know that I already had a different dentist assigned. I arrive to the appointment with my daughter and the lady in the front Which I’m sorry for fat shaming but it’s always the fat ones who are rude. She had a Nasty look on her face , she looked like she was ready to go to lunch only for it to be burly 10 am. Did not greet me and proceeded to give attitude, she sat us down for 20 mnts only to tell us that we couldn’t be seen, So un professional! I will never go to western dental again , I instead went to Bright now Dental, and let me tell you I had an appointment for that very same day and not only that the gentleman on the phone had amazing customer service ! Now My daughter has a unexcused absence!"
