"Management is terrible they literally do nothing but harass the tenants about irrelevant issues while at the same time NEVER making sure thing are fixed absolutely zero effort into providing the tenants with the proper services such as Hot water and overall maintenance the maintenance workers are incompetent and rude the Manager is rude and very nonchalant i miss the management we had 5years ago or when we first moved in"
"Not a very good place to live. Lots of car break-ins and management says it's not their responsibility and they say their camera's doesn't work. Not gated so homeless and anyone can walk through the building. Beware move in at your own risk."
"I have made a very big mistaken renting in this getto bad maintained service complex.. leasing office “the ugly and the plastic“ better document every word they say; never believe them. Most of apartments in this complex leaks water into the inside of apartments whenever it rains!! Take photos for every corner of u move in.. Expect ur mail box to be broken and stolen. Will charge non since stuff on move out!! I was 1 person on 1 bdr aprtmnt.. Never recommend!!"
"Good apartments to live in, the staff is super helpful when I moved in, the construction and maintenance team take good care of the grounds. All questions and or details for the apartment when I moved in where answered thoroughly, no issues ever since. I recommend living here, it’s peaceful!"
"I have been a resident of Vista Gardens for almost a year and I love it. First of all, the management team is incredible. They are very friendly,attentive and caring. When I first moved in, i had a problem with the dishwasher but they fixed it quickly. They are constantly on the grounds making sure the complex looks great. They have been updating inside the apartments and outdoors. It has a couple of laundry rooms that are always clean and a great pool and Jacuzzi area. Our apartment had many of the upgrades...newer stove, dishwasher, carpets, sensored lighting. The paint was fresh and overall nice and clean. They are upgrading the older floors to wood flooring. Vista Gardens is a very quiet, clean complex. They have a security guard on site after hours so my family feels safe here. The complex itself is close to many shopping centers, near great schools and parks. We were so lucky to have found this complex! I would highly recommend living at Vista Gardens."
