"I have lived here for over 8 years now and I don't recommend living here. I have a bed bug and roach problem due to neighbors. I blame the lack of negligence of the office not doing their part of inspection. There is an animal control problem (aggressive dogs off leash and cats roaming free, spraying/marking our things in OUR PATIO). I have reported this to the front office and NOTHING ever gets done about it! About the front office.....Linda is the most unprofessional and incompetent person working in the office. Linda never knows the answer to anything and always seems to "LOSE or MISPLACE" documents. I'm honestly baffled how she got this job in the first place. FYI....my wife has worked in property management for years at a sister property. There's too many issues living here and I would look somewhere else. FYI....there has been 4 different sets of front office people since I've been here for 8 years so that should tell you something.....stay away!!!"

"Don't move in here. Just moved out after a year, and they've turned off our water without notice half the time. Charged us over $700 for repainting that THEY decided to do not bc we destroyed the walls. They also charged us over $650 for carpet replacement THEY decided to do solely for normal wear and tear. Also no one would be in the office half the time and supposedly they have a few agents working there consistently. Find somewhere else, they don't care about you here."

"LISA WILSON the lease consultant is extremely unprofessional I had an appointment at 9:30am today she send me a text message personally to confirm the appointment I confirm and asked a question never received an answer nor receive the call. Tried to call but got hanged up on. Tried to confirm my appointment and no reply first time customer wanting to rent here. But due to the unprofessionalism i will not recommend nor try to apply."

"I last lived at Palm Court Apts. Over ten years ago. In reading the reviews, nothing has changed. They advertise a false perception of how it really is to live there. They had surcharges for nearly every amenity,water,trash,sewer,parking,etc. The longer you stay,the more likely your car will be vandalized. The staff was ok,but I think they lacked support from their home office. They'll rent to anybody, and Do Not expect to get your cleaning deposit back, no matter How clean You leave it, it's not happening, period. If You don't care about anything and live like a wild animal,then this is the place for You"

"I do not recommend this apartment complex, there is a lot of drama and nosey neighbors, if your on the bottom floor you can hear everything going on upstairs , I could hear their cell phones vibrating. Office isn't helpful or they can be but not to every situation, everything is broken all the time no access to amenities you pay for (Tennis courts, Gym, ECT) parking is horrendous and they will not tow no matter how many times they threaten to. We had kids getting snatched walking into their apartments by other tenants, and check the registry first before you move in."
