I got pictures and updates throughout their visit and was so appreciative of that. If you must board your kitties I highly recommend the Willow Cat Hotel."

"Susan and Mike took great care of our cat. It was our first time boarding her at a hotel so we were a little nervous about it. They let us tour the facilities and bring our cat to test our how she felt about being in the enclosure and let her experience the hotel before our actual reservation. During our trip we received updates via email of photos of her making sure she was happy and when we picked her up she was happy and healthy. They are accommodating with diet and specific food needs. Would use them again!"

"We cannot thank enough The Willow Cat Hotel! This was our very first time boarding our cats and it was a long 18 nights stay. This place is immaculately clean with big condo inside each cage. Susan and Mike welcomed us and took time to make sure we felt comfortable leaving our cats. We received regular updates with photos which we could tell they were relaxed and in good care!"

"The BEST cat hotel in Greater Los Angeles! I can’t begin to describe the amount of gratitude I have for The Willow Cat Hotel.. Susan helpfully accommodated me very last minute after I took them to a previous boarding facility with cages too small for my (and my babies’) mental comfort. The Willow Cat Hotel is for cats only and has very large crates that can fit a large cat tower in them for the cats to jump and feel safe. Mike and Susan deeply cared for my fur babies and gave me frequent updates & check-ins while I was away. I could thoroughly enjoy my vacation knowing the cats were taken care of and happy. My babies absolutely enjoyed this place and had so much fun making new friends, I swear they didn’t want to leave! Can’t thank you both enough again! Until next time :)"

"I can't say how glad I am that I found the Willow before our last trip. Susan and Mike are true cat lovers and the hotel reflects it: it's spotless, the kitties have plenty of space to climb and snooze, and they get lots of cuddles. I love that we received photos throughout our trip, too. Our Miche came home relaxed, not stressed as has been the case with previous cats and other boarding services.
