"I started bringing my dog here in July 2022 after I adopted him from the shelter. The service I have received here has been nothing less than 5 stars every time I come. The front office staff is so patient and helpful, and the vet techs are so friendly. You can tell they are all truly animal lovers."
"I took my Dog Lucky in for a consult. The Doctor stated based on his observation my dog had Cancer. The Doctor said he would need 30 injections in his neck because of a lump. He didn't know what that was or why his lip was swollen. Then said they will have to run a bunch of tests and see a specialist. He then told me this well cost me thousands of dollars and I should talk to my family about proceeding or the possibility of euthanasia. Imagine my distress and fear that my dog could have cancer and not being able to afford the costs. The amount of emotional distress I went through based off of his "observation" and not running blood work or tests before delivering such horrible news. I decided to go for a second opinion to Signal Hill Pet hospital and Thank God I did. The Doctor there said he had a gum infection hence the swollen lip and the abscess on his throat as a result of the infection. That same day they gave him fluids and were proactive in helping cure my dog. My dog Lucky is doing so much better!!!! Lomita Pet Hospital misdiagnosed my dog and almost got me for thousands of dollars. This was depressing to say the least. UNECCESSARY STRESS, but I will say this the front desk and female tech assistant were an absolute pleasure. However, the Doctor in my opinion wanted money and was insensitive. Lastly, office personnel please spare me any excuses to justify this. As everything is this post is honest and accurate."
"Love taking my dog here. They are super professional and friendly. Love how easy it is to drop off my pup and quick to pick up. You pull up to property parking and dial the number on wall, follow instructions. Someone comes to greet you and picks up your dog. Appointments usually don't take longer than 30 mins. The vet bills? Very affordable. I definitely recommend this place. Happy Dog!"
