"When I first came across this gym online, I thought it was slightly suspicious that they only have five-star reviews, but after working out here for several months I understand 100%. Great gym and incredible people. The gyms in the GTS network have everything you'd need to work out solo, but you MUST at least try the coaching hours. The coaches are so knowledgeable, professional, and kind -- they met me where I was at as a beginner while simultaneously encouraging me to push past the boundaries I put up in my mind. In my time working out here I become stronger physically, but also learned that I can push myself and rise to a challenge. The pricing structures are flexible to tailor to your individual needs, and the coaching is almost a steal given the high caliber of coaches that you'll work with. If you're starting your journey like I was, or just looking for a new gym, I can't recommend GTS Redondo or any of the other GTS/4 Star Gym locations any more highly."

"This is a gem of a strength training gym. Lots of bars, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, leg press, lat pull. Members get a key card to access. For athletes who know what they’re doing this is a great option. For those who need help, they have a coaching program for basics. The owner is onsite and available which is also a great benefit."

Fantastic facility - clean, organized, friendly, and straight to the point with no unnecessary frills. You feel like you're part of a community of like-minded people all seeking better fitness through weight training, from teens to older folks. No one is an expert, everyone is a learner. Coaching was superb - efficient and effective, with a focus on form first then progressing safely. Special shout-out to Phil, Jared, Dennis and Jason for my 3 coaching sessions; they reinforced techniques I already have been practicing, quickly identified areas to improve, plus added in some new stuff I didn't know. The booking system and communication are first rate, and they bent over backward to help me put together a flexible one-month program during a short duration stay here in South Bay area. Never crowded during training, due to an easy online booking system with personal access 24/7. Love this place!"
