"What happened to Macy's? Wonder how much longer they can keep their stores open, especially this one. Will Macy's be the next victim of a hedge fund manager i.e. "Fast Eddy" Lampert who as head of bankrupt Kmart bought Sears and ran it into the ground? I couldn't even find anything to buy at Macy's, especially this one. The south Bay galleria Mall is dying and so is the Macy's at this location."

"This is my go-to Macy's, although I have shopped in Macy's stores all over the country, including Maui. I have found good quality in the merchandise that I purchased. Also, the furniture. The compliments on both have been ongoing."

"If I could give them less stars I would. Go in there to ask for free samples of different perfumes so I can test and see what I want to buy, they only give one of something I already have. Now in Riverside they give samples so what is the problem out this way. The South Bay and Manhattan Beach location apparently does not like giving samples and that's a shame!"
