"It's quite disappointing how the staff, particularly the male nurse at the front desk, acts here. Their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. They seem to think there are no repercussions for their actions, as they laugh it off and treat patients poorly. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. It's better to seek help elsewhere. This place simply isn't up to par."

"I am not sure why this location has such poor reviews as my own experiences here have generally been positive. I actually like that Kaiser has an accessible clinic where appointments are often easier to get then with your normal assigned doctor. The nurse practitioner was helpful during my last visit and I have no complaints."
"Called to make an appointment for a physical. The person who answered the phone was kind and helpful. When we arrived for the appointment on Sunday the gentleman who checked is in was EXTREMELY rude. The nurse practitioner insisted she could not sign any paperwork. It was very apparent they were very upset that they were asked to do any work. Would absolutely not recommend. Very unprofessional."
"I had my hesitations about visiting the clinic from reading the reviews, however, I'd just like to counter that and say that my experience with Allison Toy was great. She was clear, articulate and really pleasant. She was very kind and sweet during my medical check up and I actually prefer her to my previously assigned practitioner. The nurse assistant was very upbeat and friendly too. Thank You for making the trip a pleasant experience xoxo"
