"3/2/18- i just called them again to cancel my last car on the policy since it wasnt registered under my name so we just added this car to our new insurance company!! I talked to freydel again and she screamed in my ear! I am so upset frustrated and really felt dumb for being with her for a long time! she is the rudest person i ever talk to on the phone, no wonder no staff can last with her, i don't even know why she still have a licence to sell insurance. She is really rude! Don't ever come to this place if you will sign up for farmers go somewhere else. if i would rate 0 star i would. we have been with farmers for 8 years!!! this place is a rip off! i dont know how she is able to make business! she doesnt train her staff very well, they dont know whats going on most of the time.! she is rude, not helpful. this is real story y'all. she has been charging 150 for two liablity car while triple A is a better insurance charigng me way less than that and more coverage for body injuries!!! this is such a terrible place. we will not be coming again, we are puling out all the card in the policy."
