"I went to get my 5 week 5 day Ultrasound and quite honestly I was very upset about the service I received. I had my appointment at 12:30 pm and when I arrived someone else was also arriving for the same appointment time. I was told over the phone it would be 40 dollars for my service when I arrived I was charged 65 for the vaginal which was also what they stated was going to be 40 , upon entering the Ultrasound the lady seemed very rushed I was in there maybe 5 min if at all , I feel she didn't really look around , I have a retroverted uterus and wanted to be sure about how many sacks there were , when she finished after her 5 min she did say to me and my husband "easy money" I was very upset about the service it was rushed and to top it off they gave me 1 picture after charging me 65 what a rip off I will now have to go pay somewhere else hopefully someone has an opening for the weekend , we had this appointment as my birthday present since today was my birthday im so disappointed ***update to my review Robin rescheduled me for another ultrasound free of charge , Mayra did it this time and OMG I could not say enough good stuff about her. She was nice took her time with us explained everything to us and was just so patient This place was a 1 star because of my previous experience, but after getting Mayra that changed to a 5 . THAT LADY NEEDS A RAISE , SHES WAS BEYOND AMAZING WITH ME"

"Eh— I was not impressed by this place. They blow up your phone to confirm appointment, but they never mention the 15min grace period. If you don’t get their on time your session is shorter and they don’t even really try to see the baby because they want to rush you out of your session. the pictures & heartbeat recording are so mediocre (literally I get a better recording on my phone during my dr visits) for the price of the whole package. Oh- Bahahaha and the lame stuffed animal selection. Heads up: Make sure to schedule before 31w because then you won’t be able to see much and the girl doesn’t really care to try because she says “the baby is so squished”, she’ll just snap random pictures and not show much. I was excited for this experience as a ftm, but they low key ruined the experience for me. $29 deposit. Don’t pay the deposit until you’re sure you want to go. I debated and debated— for convinced and was disappointed to know my session was going to be shorter and I come from far… so i stayed on the road and made it to the appointment: at that point they were not keeping my $29 deposit. I was recommended & very disappointed. Good luck to you, if you go. To each their own experience."

"Great experience here! Had so much fun picking out at heartbeat animal, all the choices were good. Ladies were super nice and answered questions happily."

"I am pregnant with my first baby and we had been really wanting a 4D ultrasound of our baby and we were referred to this place through a friend. And I have to say we had an amazing experience. Our families came with us, and we were greeted with so much kindness and compassion. The room for us to go in with a very good space we weren’t crammed the way I thought we would be. Krystal was the woman that did our scan and she was amazing. She guided us through everything that we saw and was so patient with trying to get good photos of the baby because he was covering his face for a while. Overall a great experience, and I will be recommending this place to our friends and family."

"Visited this place with my first pregnancy 5 years ago and again now with my second but it’s not like it used to be. The staff just takes your name and charges upfront before your scan (aside from deposit that needs to be made to secure your appointment). We were unable to hear the babies heartbeat at 8 weeks and 5 days. The girl was only able to measure the heartbeat and tell us it was good and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes, pictures were just okay. Out of the roll received we only got one clear picture."
