Finamore Place is a beacon of hope and a thriving community for families in Anaheim, California. This new construction project offers affordable housing for large families and those emerging from homelessness. Developed through a partnership between Jamboree and the City of Anaheim, Finamore Place is a testament to their commitment to providing over 700 high-quality, affordable housing units since 2008. Situated on a 2.86-acre site in the Ponderosa Park neighborhood, Finamore Place features a four-story apartment building with 102 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The community also includes a spacious courtyard with active open space, as well as a two-story, 17,000-square-foot community center offering essential services to residents and the neighborhood.
