"My wife and I have lived here for almost exactly a year. And to be honest it's one of the best places to live in Anaheim. And for the price they charge, AMC's apartments all punch way above their weight class. We appreciate the maintenance team and management team all the same. They work very well together. Communication at the apartment complex is second to none. Carmen the manager and Jose Luis have done nothing but be extremely supportive and attentive to everyone needs at this complex. Our only wish is for an in unit washer/dryer. Even then the community laundry room at Twin Pines is spacious, cleaned extensively. "I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with twin pine. The staff are friendly and helpful Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs or electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I had an optimal living environment. Jose Tapi, Jose Luis and Garcia do an awesome job in maintaining the property I always see them cleaning the BBQ area and taking down spider webs from the stairs/doors. I couldn’t be happier!"
"I love coming home to this place the outside grounds are just so inviting and well kept and so cute. the maintenance team is 100% on top of everything if u need it done. the office team let me tell you about Carmen she is the manager and is the most amazing and sweet person she is the best. I love this place. My apartment is perfect and great size. If you want to live in a place that the company takes pride in move to twin pines. Thank you Carmen for making my new home so inviting."
"Living at twin pines apartments was great. The manager Carmen is the best, she tries her best to satisfy all residents, whenever I come to her with a problem she fixes it right away. The complex is small and cozy. I lived there for about a year and a half and I really enjoyed it. I have to say that good management overcomes any negativity you may find in a complex."
