"Not sure why the have Luxury at the end of the name, apartments are very outdated well the one I lived in for 2yrs, cabinets from the 80’ s outdated tile countertops, different color tile in the kitchen, plastic countertops in the both bathroom, outdated appliances stove, fridge even washer and dryer very old, it would of been ok, if they didn’t raise the Rent every year, for what they are asking for almost 2000 for a two bedroom , your better off looking else where, brand new construction apartments, didn’t feel like we had privacy, management will complain about anything, feels like they are spying on you, wouldn’t go back unless they do some major renovations."
"Like the neighbor moving out before me, I had an aweful experience with the staff. I was lied to and told that, with one month remaining, I could end my lease early provided it was within 10 days at months end. After moving frantically to get out of there, I was told I still had to pay the rest of the lease, but they wanted the keys to "start the turnover process." This was a clear attempt to double book the apartment - very unethical and very scummy. Look elsewhere for "luxury apartments.""
"Website says Pets Welcome, subject to approval. Went through app process, office staff was polite and professional. I was on the wait list and when a unit opened up then they tell me that their pet weight limit is 20 pounds. My dog is chonky. :/ Andrea asked me if I wanted to proceed without my pet. What? Do people do that? I'm not going to dump my dog for a rental. Just would have been nice to have known before I jump through all these hoops."
"Quiet gated nice pool. Water sewer garbage included. Currently $1550 for a 3 bedroom with 2 car garage attached. Pricey but easy to live here."
