"Park Square Apartments is a wonderful place to live! The inside of the apartments are beautiful, just like the photos online. The amenities are great, the gym is always kept clean and the staff is so welcoming. I highly suggest this apartment to anyone. "My wife, my son, and I have lived in Park Square for nearly 2 years. We have, for the most part, loved it. There are downsides, such as noise from upstairs neighbors, but the reality is that is mostly unavoidable in any apartment complex, unless the building is constructed with concrete framing (not going to happen). The front office staff has been great, maintenance is helpful and responsive, and the property remains one of the safest and most well-kept places you can live in Bakersfield."

"UPDATE (June 26, 2018): After 13 months since we moved to Park Square Drive I am ready to update my review of this place. In terms of noise, I have the same complaint regarding the cars and squeaky floors of upstairs neighbors. However, there are a lot of benefits that we enjoy in this modern gated community. In my opinion, this is the nicest place for apartment rental in Bakersfield. The neighborhood is one of the best and safest. There is new development next door, with new homes and well manicured streets ( matching ours), also close by restaurants and shopping. We are in the best school district in Bakersfield and this gated community attracts professionals and their families who come to Bakersfield for work. The staff is great, polite, and very responsive. Leia, the manager, is on top of her things. Every single issue we reported, every question or concern we presented, the office addressed immediately. Overall, this location is exceptional, clean, welcoming, and safe. We have a security guard patrolling at night, and a great family available for maintenance on the property 24/7. The staff is fantastic and I would not waste time looking at a different community to rent an apartment. Thank you Park Square Drive for making our stay a great experience! INITIAL REVIEW: We've been here for five months now and this is what we think: Pros - new buildings, clean, safe, beautiful landscape, modern apartments, friendly and responsive staff, close by restaurants and shopping. Cons - if you rent downstairs be ready for squeaky floors of the upstairs neighbors, you hear every time someone does laundry upstairs particularly when they do it between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. during the weekend. If you rent an apartment that faces the parking lot, you hear the cars driving fast over the speedbumps and the loud music that drivers love to share with everyone else whether is 10 p.m. or 1 a.m. If you have children chose your apartment wisely."
