"Charleen and her team(Chris) were awesome! I had a total knee replacement on 8/21/23. Dr. Bawa did a great job. Charleen's team made it easy to get on her schedule and in the office to begin my rehab. She evaluated my situation and we agreed that my goals were to regain my full range of motion and strength in my knee and leg. She worked to reduce the swelling in my knee joint and leg. She was always patient and encouraging as I progressed through the exercises. Chris was there to push me to go a little further each time I visited. I'm ecstatic to report that in just over 3 months since my surgery I am back out on the sand - playing beach volleyball. "I lead a Meetup hiking group, and get stressed and strained every few years. In each case, Charleen has helped me get through these injuries and back out on the trail in no time flat. About 18 months ago, I tore the meniscus in my left knee, and after just a few weeks of bi-weekly sessions, was back out. In just the past week, I suffered a Sacroiliac incident that had me completely out of commission. I've now had three sessions with CTPT, and have been back hiking, pain free, since the second.
