"I'd like to give a long overdue shoutout to our family dentist, Dr. Linda Tincher. All five of us have always appreciated her warm personality and expert advice. Recently, I needed a couple of crowns done in her office, which resulted in off and on bleeding throughout the rest of the day. Because the procedure was in the morning, she had instructed us to call later if there were any issues. When I continued to experience bleeding by around 5:00 PM, I called the office and Dr. Tincher told me to come by and that she would take a look. By the time I arrived, she was the only one in the office, but stayed after hours to wait for me. I was there about an hour while she treated me and made sure the bleeding stopped. Then, she wrote a prescription to have my clotting factors checked when I would go to get blood drawn the next day. She did not charge for the later visit, and offered to meet me again at the office later if the bleeding started up again. She was really caring and thorough and put my mind (as well as my parents' minds) at ease. There were no further problems. I believe Dr. Tincher went above and beyond in treating me. I wholeheartedly recommend her family-friendly dentistry. Thank you, Dr. Tincher, for everything you do, from all of us."
