Sunshine Park, located at 515 Deepmead Avenue in La Puente, California, is a beautiful park managed by the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation. With a rich history dating back to the Parks Division and Department of Recreation, Camps and Playgrounds, Sunshine Park now offers a wide range of recreational activities and programs for the community to enjoy. As part of the LA County Parks partnership with schools, Sunshine Park provides access to over 450,000 students across Los Angeles County. The park also offers educational services through the County of Los Angeles Underwater Unit, which trains and educates SCUBA divers, freedivers, and dive leaders.
