Promises made regarding the delivery of my retainer were unfulfilled, leading to an extended wait time during my last visit. Issues such as incorrect retainers, appointment cancellations, and an unauthorized payment persist despite expressing concerns to the staff. The lack of attention to detail, unfulfilled promises, and ongoing issues make me seriously consider discontinuing the use of their services. Prospective patients should be aware of the unreliability and broken promises that characterize the current state of service at Modern Dental Orthodontist."

"There has never been a visit that we have been seen on time. We always wait a minimum of 35 minutes passed scheduled time. They don’t believe in answering the phones. And the front desk staff don’t know what is going on. I understand being undermanned but be transparent about and/or stop overbooking. It is too apparent that the focus here is money over quality care."

"Dr.B and his staff is amazing I have never been to a dentist office that actually take their time and cared about helping me reach my goals. I just started my first implant and I didn’t feel a thing, he made me laugh so hard before the procedure which made me feel like I was out having drink with some close friends lol. My cleanings were amazing both time I left smiling from ear to ear and couldn’t believe how they actually took the time to clean each tooth and flaws them afterwards and I didn’t have to ask them to numb my mouth which was a big plus. I was referred to him by a good friend of mine and I am so thankful and excited to start my new journey. Dr B is the best"
