"Everybody is friendly and helpful. Dr. Yang is always professional and caring. The office set up is a bit different from the others. In fact I was confused on the set up at one point. They set me down at the dental chair. The nurse Abeline was looking for something from the cabinet on my left. I started hearing her talking to herself. And later it sounded like someone else was talking to her. I turned. To my surprise, there was actually someone else inside the cabinet , facing out, talking to her! Turned out they are using a row of cabinets as the office separation and the cabinet opens at the front and the back. The place is not haunted, not really!"

"The staff knows me by first name. Every one is kind and over the top understanding. My gum surgery did not feel like surgery at all. And today, I went in for post op stain removal, and hygienist was so skilled. My teeth are beautiful again!!!"

"My senior dad is older and had a hard time with the teeth cleaning but the dentist was pretty patient and was able to assess he needed 4 extractions. We scheduled another visit to come back with laughing gas for cleaning and teeth extractions. My dad tried to sit down for the teeth cleaning, ( although they tried again without the laughing gas ) but he would not tolerate that so we moved to the other room and he received some injections to numb the top of his mouth. I hope that they would’ve given him the nitrous oxide laughing gas for the anesthetic injections because those in the roof of your mouth are super super painful as I’ve had that done before. But I have to say the assistant Susie was awesome! She was super patient and kind to my dad. She established good repoire and calmed my dad. We were able to get the anesthesia injection and then they turned on the laughing gas and settled just a bit. he was able to extract 2 of his teeth with some serious handholding. It was a very challenging situation. I would request next time they start right away with the laughing gas . Otherwise the team was awesome and my dad even smiled at her when he said goodbye. I work with kids so know cooperation can be challenging in kids and older seniors - this team really was great! Much appreciated."
