Especially be aware of their agent Stewart Dewberry who will make you tons of promises before you sign up then laugh at you when you get stuck. Worst merchant services ever."
"Best Rate Merchant's misleading statements, in collaboration with their banking partner, North American Bancard, have left us unable to refund our clients. What's even more astonishing is that our funds remain locked with them. When customers requested order cancellations and refunds, we expressed our intent to reimburse them. Incredibly, Best Rate Merchant insisted that refunds were impossible and that customers should file disputes instead. It's clear that their actions are geared towards profiting from dispute fees. Their lack of transparency and unprofessionalism remain evident, and I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from engaging with them. Dealing with Best Rate Merchant and North American Bancard might expose you to potential scams."
