Logix - Simi Valley Cochran Branch

"UNRELIABLE when it comes to documentation!!!!!! On June 2022, I took my car refinance. On Sept 2022, I renewed my Car registration. Car ownership isn’t updated yet in DMV. From DMV office, I went right away to Nearest LOGIX branch in Alamo St. they told wait for 2 -4 weeks more for them to update it. Nov 2022, I paid off my car loan. I received pink slip of my car still not updated. Now they want me to fix it on my own to DMV or in AAA… I keep on coming back in their branch. Waste of time.. they said they cannot do anything coz it’s paid off. And the signed documents during the application is disregard. Why they didn’t told me that need years for them to update documents so I didn’t paid off the car???? So DISAPPOINTED…"

"I do not know where to start! I have Never dealt with a financial institution that treated it's customer so well. I will begin with the personalized care I have gotten with this credit union here in my town of Simi Valley. From the time I opened my business account, I have been treated with respect and patience. A week or so ago, I went into the branch. I had been in an accident and had a concussion. It was causing some neurological issues and a lot of pain.- I told the teller who was helping me because I needed her to repeat herself more than once due to my medical issues. I thanked her for her above and beyond patience with me. I mention this because today I received a very nice gift from Logix with a note from the teller saying they hope I am healing well from my accident,(Thank you Cheyenne). WHO DOES THAT !!! When was the last time you were treated even close to this from any bank? I know I haven't. Here are some Crazy concepts- When you call, a person answers the phone every time! You can make an appt. easily, quickly and within a reasonable amount of time. Account set ups are straight forward and not time consuming and yet they are thorough. Tellers and account managers are kind and patience. They have a host of sorts right when you walk in the door to direct you and answer questions. I waited in line for- No I am kidding- I did Not wait in a line. Rather the kind dude at the desk walked me over and introduced me the teller who was waiting for me. Am I in a dream? Nope just banking the way it should be."
