Their team came out within two hours, explained the restoration process, got the water out, their fans and other equipment in and left me with directions and next steps. When the restoration was completed a few days later they came out, cleaned up, tested for moisture both physically with their hands and their tools to ensure everything was completed. They are very experienced, informed and will not try to "sell" you on anything. They get in and get the job done. Well done. The cost was affordable considering the damage that was done."
