Back to Center PT is a gym and health institution located at 2716 Ocean Park Boulevard in Santa Monica, California. Our mission is to empower individuals on their wellness journey through education, personalized care, and equipping them with the tools for self-care. At Back to Center PT, you don't need a physician referral to see your physical therapist. In the state of California, physical therapists have Direct Access, allowing you to receive treatment for 12 visits or 45 days without needing a doctor's referral. After this initial period, a prescription may be required for further treatment, depending on your insurance company's policies.
