"The office has a strange methodology of appointment taking, apparently you need to call on a Monday at 8 am to make a future appointment. In addition the receptionists are quite cold and rude to patients. Parking is paid unless you park across the street at utc mall where it's free for first two hours.pt therapist was ok but frankly I got the same information from watching a free YouTube video. So after my initial consult I decided not to pursue it further."

"I had a bilateral total knee replacement in December 2022 and it has been a doozy. Jessica and Jim at Scripps Green PT have been GREAT. My BTK journey has not been pleasant, but they have been wonderful. Knowledgeable, insightful, HELPFUL. I cannot recommend this facility enough. The facility is clean and full of great equipment, friendly and helpful staff."

"My therapist is wonderful. The appointment scheduling system is terrible. They only open appointments a week at a time, plus the wait to even get to a scheduler is ridiculous."

"From the onset, this was a terrible experience. The physical therapist was late to greet me and appeared disinterested from our initial interaction. She also expressed a lack of confidence within the Scripps system, mentioning that she has been working to get her daughter over to UCSD. After conducting a series of tests to determine the cause of my chronic leg pain, she concluded that it was due to "sciatica," or in other words due to a nerve. I have seen other specialists and am familiar with some of these tests, which actually ruled out nerve problems as the root cause! When I mentioned this to her, she simply brushed me off (and once again, did not seem overly concerned). When I asked about what I should do, she simply replied that I was "better off" than most people and would have to endure this pain for at least another month. Seriously!? Amy Chamberlain was unpleasant, unprofessional and simply unacceptable. Another example of a provider collecting a paycheck, without any concern about the patient. As a healthcare provider myself, I am extremely disappointed. As an addendum, I did continue to see my brilliant acupuncturist who continued to rule out potential diagnoses. Once he pinpointed the issue-- piriformis syndrome, he was able to have be back in shape within less than one session."
