"My experience coming here has been nothing less than wonderful. From the moment I arrive I am treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Ivy, who I call the gatekeeper is super friendly. You would think that because she has to deal with patients all day, including some grouchy ones, she would lose her patience. So far I haven't seen that yet, but I don't want to tempt fate. She looks like she can handle anything. :-) As far as the nursing staff, since the first day I have been coming here for one reason or another because I don't take care of myself properly, they really do make me feel like family. So much so that I get an occasional scolding when I really mess up. But they do it so lovingly and for my own good. I even miss some of the ones who have retired because it's like family I may never see again. Now let's talk about my doctor, Dr. Nha Pham. She reminds me of one of our smaller hot and spicy peppers. She is very petite but man, she can command some respect. She has been there with me ever since my last incident and she has even threatened to stop treating me if I don't follow her healing instructions. I have tried her patience so many times and yet she has never given up on me. She scolds me like a mom, counsels me like a friend and gives it to me hard when I need it. I have to say I love this woman and all the staff that has put up with me over the years to help me get well. I may not have my limbs today if it were not for all these wonderful people. God bless!!"
