"Don’t even bother calling for any medical attention. The nurse Vidhi will never return your calls nor will the assistant Crystal, they are the most confused, neglectful and uneducated members of staff, they lack efficiency, they don’t work in a timely manner, they take about a week to check their voicemails and then another another week to decided whether or not they will call back…most of the time, they chose not to or say “I never got a voicemail”. Please don’t let your loved ones follow up at this place, they could care less about the life of our veterans. It’s better to take patients to the VA in Long Beach, Lima Linda or San Diego."

"Prior to my appointment, the VA sent at least 4 reminders of my scheduled time and date to ensure I was on time. I arrived at 8:20 am for an 8:30 blood appointment. I waited over an hour until 9:32 before being called. When I asked how they could be an hour behind at 9:30 am they told me they were under staffed. They did not say if it was a budget issue or no qualified applicants. Either reason is unacceptable and needs to be corrected. I cannot find way to contact VA director of facility. I will write Denis McDonough the VA Secretary."

"I had to go and get my blood drawn, which was not a pleasant experience. I'm a healthy vet; the two working in the lab couldn't find my veins. I have never had this problem before; this was an unpleasant experience. There need to be experienced nurses that know how to draw blood or allow vets to go to quest diagnostics to have their blood drawn. Not only did I have bandaids on both arms, but they also got blood on my shirt. I don't mean to sound petty, but I'm afraid that's not right. I visited this clinic on May 5, 2023."

"I showed up today for my first ever appointment with the VA outside of active duty. The two times in the past that I tried making an appointment, the waiting was about 3 - 4 months, insane! So I gave up for about a year lol. I was finally able to make an appointment a few weeks back for today, so it was much better than 3 months. They do open exactly at 8 am, on the dot. And makes sure that you come as early as possible for your appointment just to make sure. It does get busy. It is a small VA Center. My appointment today was at 8 am. I got there at 7:30 am and there were a few cars already waiting. But the check-in was quick (With Appointments). The ladies at the front desk were very kind (Not the normal for a VA Facility, 5 stars on that). Then inside the lab, the lady taking my blood was also very nice and friendly. Quick with her tasks! They have computer access in the back, 1 computer if you need to check your VA healthcare services. They also have a coffee machine, but I did not see any coffee (Maybe they just forgot to put it out). They also had lots of donut in the entrance lol. They also do require mask to enter the building, (They provide it). I though POTUS had declared the COVID-19 was “over” lol. Didn’t like that at all, but whatever. Parking is plenty. Make sure you have an appointment, things will run a lot smoother!"
