Ms Fariba was very helpful in getting my mom taken care of and making sure all her pre-op tests were done correctly. We didn't have an appointment and were in and out in 40-45 minutes."

"I had an appointment, signed in at the wall area. Lady behind counter had trouble with my insurance card& I’ve been there numerous times….she put my slip in the wrong slot for those who no appointment. I waited 30 minutes. This lab needs to not take walk ins on Saturday as it was before. Attitude of those at counter is horrible. I was there on Oct 14:& I didn’tGet results unto. October 24…what’s going on there?"

"I made an appointment for Sept. 26 for a fingerprint. This was my second attempt at this from a different location. The fingerprint were just done incorrectly. "You can't make an Appointment on the phone or online, it's like a rabbit hole. Then the claim to be open 7-4 but then you'll find out they are closed 12-1 for lunch, it would be great if this was on their website so you don't waste time. Also, they are very short staffed. Be aware!"
