I found Shelby Auto transport in a moment of frustration: I won a car on eBay and used their suggested vendor which was another online marketplace full of brokers. I confirmed a transport through the third party site only to have them call me later and say that the location was too remote and they couldn’t honor the price. In a mild state of desperation, I did a google search and found Shelby. I requested a quote very late at night and was delighted when Ray contacted me early the next morning with price and availability. The process was simple, transparent, and the service was top notch. From the moment we got in touch, Ray was attentive and communicative with me and the seller of the car. Not only did he manage to get the car here faster that my original third party quote but I never had to wait on hold or speak to an automated system to get my simple questions answered. The online tracking system and Bill of Lading provided me with all the info I needed to release the escrow payment and Ray made sure the seller had direct communication with our driver John, to facilitate pick-up. John was very careful with my classic car and he shared information about the car that the seller had shared with him. Overall, it was a completely stress free experience and I whole heartedly recommend Shelby Auto Transport to anyone that is looking for a high quality experience at a very reasonable price."
