"I booked a shuttle through Arizona Corporate Coach, to bring 54 guests to and from my wedding. We made the reservations months in advance, paid in full, and checked in the week of the event. On the day of our wedding the shuttle was an hour late and would not have been able to bring the guests to the wedding on time. As a result, all of my guests had to drive themselves or take Ubers and Lyfts to the wedding at an additional cost. Seeing the shuttle arrive to the wedding site completely empty (I had to find out what was going on from my wedding coordinator) was the ultimate low point of the entire event. I wrote Wayne Casselman to ask about a refund on September 6th and he had not heard anything about the late arrival, but said he would look into it and speak to management for me. Ten days went by with no reply from Wayne, so I sent another email. Another 11 days went by with no reply so on September 27th I called to inquire about speaking to someone else and I was hung up on three times before the person on the phone offered to call me back. I accepted, though I never did receive a return phone call. Instead, Wayne finally replied to my email saying, "I passed along that request to our management team , who in turn have been in touch with accounting but so far I have not received any notice of an amount from them , nor a possible date to expect money back." At this point I asked to speak to a manager and only then did Wayne offer me a $100 refund (less than 10% of the total cost). Wanting to be done with this whole experience I accepted what felt like a hardly fair reimbursement, considering that AZ Corporate Coach/Avalon failed to provide the primary service we paid for. Wayne said he would get the process started, but two weeks went by and I still received no refund on my credit card or confirmation that a check had been mailed. I emailed him and he told me to hang in there, but at this point I was completely tired of waiting and want this whole ordeal to be over. I got contact info from Wayne for his supervisors at Avalon Transportation (the parent company), David Kaheh and Chris Elrich, and I tried calling their office multiple times, but they were never available and never returned my calls. I tried one last time to write an email, containing the same information I included in this review but still received no response. I imagined that since they failed to provide the primary service they offered (nearly ruining my wedding) the company would be apologetic and concerned, but that is nowhere near what I have experienced. Instead I have never received an apology or compensation and have been completely ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"What a terrible company, they don’t know how to conduct business on the phone, they think it’s ok to harass drivers on the phone over and over while trying to drive, all for a job they booked last minute in a city that was having its annual Formula 1 race, and they allow their personnel on the phone to tell the driver that he’s an idiot, and then they attempt to slander the local limousine company they hired, these booking agencies should be obsolete, extremely embarrassing."
