"Another amazing place we just happened to find. Stopped for lunch in Bakersfield on our way back to Arizona. We pulled into the shopping plaza that had several restaurants to choose from, and we decided to try El Capitan. Great service and great food. I ordered the combo plater with a cheese and onion enchilada and taco. It also came with rice and beans. I am very picky when it comes to enchilada sauce, and their's was perfect. Hubby ordered the stuffed quesadilla that included asada, cheese, fries, and guacamole. It was so stuffed that he could only eat half, and it was very delicious."
"This is one of my favorite places in Bakersfield. I love all the food that I’ve tried from their menu. Happy hour is so worth it there because they make amazing margaritas for $5. This is the fajita burrito & it was delicious. The people who work here are very kind and very talented."
"Not usually super busy, the food is good. Sometimes the carnitas are dry. The Arroz con Pollo is fantastic. The waiststaff is the absolute best, they're all incredibly friendly and kind."
