"It was busy. The workers were busy. That’s not an excuse for incorrectly making food. I ordered the Italian cheese bread (didn’t think I’d have to look at it before leaving the store. It’s just bread). Got to my place to find simple cheese bread in the box. Very disappointing that such a simple item could be made so wrong."

"normally, I enjoy the pizza from this place but my last experience was absolutely horrible. Ordered a deep dish supreme. It was undercooked. The dough was still raw. All the vegetables were not cooked and then when they boxed it up, they must’ve decided to use it as a frisbee, and threw it against the wall as half of it was all broke apart and destroyed. included a photo, but it was taken after I had to pull the pizza off the top of the lid so it looks better than how it was presented when I first open the box"
