"I booked an appointment and was not seen due to arriving 10 minutes late on a rainy day. I booked my second appointment which was given to me two weeks away and when I arrived the receptionist indicates, sorry you cant be seen today, the nurse practitioner wasnt scheduled today and she clearly said, we forgot to call you on Friday. I have been with this medical group for 24 years, but seems like either the staff (receptionist) are not friendly or solution oriented. I have now decided to move on to a different OB GYN to further my medical history"
"Do NOT try and seek service here if pregnant. Negative stars should be an option. Office has RUDE GROWN WOMEN BEING DISRESPECTFUL TO EXPECTANT MOTHERS as the face of their company. Do better. Really if you aren't a decent human being and do not know how to treat people in this very fragile time in their lives. QUIT. I should not have to deal with a distraught pregnant daughter over a check up. What you put out is what you get back."
"I agree with several of the reviewers above. Tho the doc may be congenial and all, the office staff destroys everything with their constant errors regarding paperwork, prescription refills , appt mishaps on their behalf , ( you will be literally be judged for certain prescriptions if u need them and have been taking them for years. ) Don’t bother telling the office staff how much hassle or miscommunication you’ve had with these workers , because they don’t have time and don’t care to hear it ! If they did their job properly in the first place , I wouldn’t have to make phone call after phone call after nearly very visit because of their incompetence. And I am a super patient person. Then , they blame it on the patient if it becomes any type of issue for them and their answer is to dump you as a patient. ( apparently dr Easter has more than enough patients and doesn’t need to retain any ) . Same thing happened to me as Lindsay was tired or irritated from the calls to her for straightening out smthg simple. They told us they won’t serve us any more because of the phone calls we made and we weren’t rude. Just to the point. I don’t mind that I need to find another Sotto pellet doc , if I continue on that path as the place as a whole really matters to most clients. Now , I’m more concerned with the lack of responsibility their staff and doctor collectively has altogether in following the “ do no harm “ oath . This story goes much deeper than I care to relate right now. This doctor watches out for themselves , not the patient. I understand errors , as stuff happens , we are all human and make mistakes , but these mistakes are constant and often take hours upon hours to iron out after several phone calls and dealing with several different office staff . This costs the patient endless time and hassles and they dump clients because of this. I’ve been a long time patient of Upland women’s medical group and no more. Don’t give them negative input because you will be the problem , not them. Bad business ! Not only did I put on an unnecessary 10 lbs a few years back after my very first visit to this hormone doc , it was alleviated., so please don’t think there isn’t some type of guesswork that takes place with each and every patient regarding what they actually need hormone wise vs what your patient is given in relation to hormones. They test you once before the initial appt and AFTER the hormones are given randomly. IF you have issues as I did you are stuck with any side effects until they wear off in your body , and you just paid a lot of money for it, and charged with the 2nd office visit to “ help you “ but are only told there’s nothing they can do. You’ve been warned , do yourself a favor and go elsewhere ."
"I’ve been a patient with WMG for 13 years. In my time there, I’ve probably seen at least 6 different nurse practitioners. They treat you like a number and half the time they don’t answer calls or return messages that you are forced to leave. In my past appointments, they make you show up at least 30 minutes early only to have you sit and wait for that long and call you in the room about 20 minutes after your appointment time. After you go in the room, they make you wait another 30 to 40 minutes for the nurse practitioner or doctor to see you. They don’t bother to mail, call or send a message via their portal with the results of any wellness exams. You have to call them and hope that they decide to answer the phone. My pharmacy had been trying to get a refill authorization for weeks. I eventually called about the refill and left several messages without any response. When I was finally able to reach someone, the front office staff decided on her own that I couldn’t get a refill. She didn’t even bother to consult with the doctor about this and made the decision herself right over the phone. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was connected with “Robin” who is even more difficult and condescending. She ridiculed and belittled me as if I was a child. Robin flat out told me I was wasting her time and eventually decided upon herself that she was going to discharge me as patient. She refused to let me see or talk to the doctor for an emergency appointment. Robin also violated my patient privacy by contacting my primary doctor (whom has nothing to do with WMG) without my written consent. She did this out of spite and with no other intention other than to cause harm. Robin’s unprofessionalism, short temper, power trip and lack of customer service skills have caused me to lose my gynecologist that I have been with for over 13 years. Do not go to this office unless you want to be mistreated, belittled, insulted and treated with complete and utter unfairness and disrespect."
"In September of 2017 I had gotten diagnosed with postpartum depression, after giving birth to my son. My father-in-law took concern to the situation and made me an appointment at this clinic. However, because I live in LA county my insurance would not cover the appointment. But, my father-and-law was generous enough to offer to cover the visit for me. The doctor prescribed me anti-depressants and made a follow up appointment to see how I was doing on them. However, because I knew my medical insurance would not cover the appointment I told the doctor that there was no need for a follow up appointment. But the doctor insisted that I come back to see her, free of charge. 3 months go by and I receive a bill in the mail. I call the office, and explain the situation to them and they said that it was their mistake. However, I had just received another letter in the mail this past weekend for a bill of a $117. Putting this aside, the doctor's office got my last name wrong, and my birthday. They couldn't even find me in the system when I just now called to dispute the situation. The collections manager, Alicia, gave me a call and was very rude and condescending towards me. Insinuating that I was an idiot for thinking that I could go see a doctor for free. She refused to give me her last name and the name of her superior. Finally, Nova, Alicia's Superior give me a call back with Alicia on the line. They both were extremely rude and condescending towards me, and I suppose that's where Alicia gets her demeanor from. I'm a mother of three, whom has just lost her job. I have a 7 year old, a two year old, and an eight month old, still battling depression daily .. Last thing I need is an unconcerned debt collector breathing down my back. I would MOST CERTAINLY not recommend this clinic to anyone."
