"Waiting all night in er. I asked the receptionist when will I be seen, she said they hand no staff to handle my situation until shift change. Why wouldn’t they just tell me that when I checked in. I would have went to Pomona. Also lord and said 2 people in front of me, they called 4 then I asked how many people in front of me now, she said 3. Not to mention the homeless drug addict’s that sit in there crying and asking everyone for stuff. Never again , next time I’ll go to a real hospital."

"Seriously have to give them 5 stars. My daughter and I came here fully expecting to be waiting the entire night. Arrived at 10:40pm and out by 12:50am…ONLY 2 hrs and 5 mins for the entire visit on a weekend night. Each person helping us from the front desk, to registration, all the nurses and especially the dr were all amazing!! So kind and helpful. They ran a battery of tests and I feel as though they truly cared for us. A++ Thanks SAN Antonio Regional!!"

"Been in emergency since 12 noon for my elderly parent. It’s 9:42 pm and I’m still in the emergency waiting room. Several test have been performed ( X-ray, cat scan, ultrasound, saw 1 doctor). All the people are professional and pleasant. The 2 stars are for the long wait. So many patients coming through this Emergency Room. At times it standing room only."

"I was admitted to the hospital for 10 days with Pneumonia . I got the best care anyone could ask for. The nurses work tireless 12 hour shifts . As sick as I felt they were always cheerful taking care of every need I had and making me as comfortable as possible. With as many patients they have to take care off they did everything with compassion. The same respect goes to the assistant nurses who all were there every moment I needed them .lets not forget the Doctors who made me feel very safe with their care. My gratitude goes out to every single person who helped me get well to go home . My Room was 457 A you all were the best ."

The emergency room staff were not only efficient but also incredibly compassionate, swiftly transferring us to the labor and delivery section of the hospital within 5 minutes. I usually have reservations about emergency rooms, but the team here went above and beyond, both in their professionalism and empathy. The hospital staff throughout were friendly and eager to assist, contributing to a very supportive environment. This experience has significantly restored my trust in hospital care, thanks to both the emergency room and the labor and delivery teams. Their dedication and kindness have made a significant impact during this critical time."
