"BUYERS BEWARE Poor customer service. I e-mailed to cancel an online order before it was shipped and it seems as though they do not check e-mails. I had to reach out to the owners social media to get a response. I did not accept the package as they expected me to pay duties for an order I never asked to be sent. The package was sent back and received at the warehouse. I asked for a refund as I never received the item or used it yet I was told I would be eligible for a store credit. This is LUDICROUS to expect a customer to accept a store credit for a product you did not even receive. For the price you pay, the quality of the dusters and outfits are not worth it. I have bought their products before and made the mistake of washing their products in the machine even though it was in a handwash setting and back the fringe on the duster was completely ruined. I actually saw a similar style of the bra they are selling on SHEIN. I am in the process of a charge back from my credit card company and it’s been about 2 months now since I have been dealing with this."

When I realized the size was too small, I sent it back same-day and they shipped out new pieces for me in the right size to ensure I'd get it in time.
