"Clean store, expected prices for cute boutique shop however horrible customer service if they don't care for how you look/what your wearing. You'll be ignored and you'll hear their greeting for others who walk in."

"I got my order & it didn't work for me.i followed the steps to get authorization & a return address 4 times; they ignored me. I called my credit card to dispute the charge but they can't because Noracora is an international company. I will never order from them again even though they have attractive clothing."

"My wife and a friend went in earlier today and she is normally a large but some things there run small. When they asked for a dress in a size XL, the cashier replied with attitude that they’ve never actually carried anything in an XL. Then when buying something else for a friend, the cashier informed my wife that it was final sale, but my wife mentioned she’s buying it for a friend. After checkout the cashier then offered to give her a gift receipt but my wife was like didn’t you say I couldn’t return it? Policy can be coached, but attitude can not. Somebody in my speech class literally talked about the ethics of and discrimination in brandy Melville and No rest for Bridgette and I thought maybe it was an isolated incident but it sounds like more of a structural issue."

"This place is so reasonable and filled with cute things! Clothing is a mix of fast fashion from DTLA and medium priced designer brands. Sales staff has always been great, letting me know when they have new items and calling other stores to find my size."

"I live in Costa Mesa and shopped in this store once and bought a summer cotton dress for $69. Once it was finally hot enough to wear the dress, I went to put it on and discovered it had plastic sewn into the lining behind the embroidery that could not be removed (to remove it would mean ripping the embroidery on the front of the dress). It was obviously a manufacturer's mistake. I sent emails no one responded to, and finally mailed the dress back with the receipt and tags attached and the store manager on 17th Street called me and offered to exchange it. However the store owner, who had failed to respond to any of my emails, overruled the manager, because it was after 14 days. So the store kept my money and the dress because there was no point in my paying to have them return it to me. This place sucks. In 20 years of shopping, I have never seen anything this slimey and will never buy here again."
