"Been going here for 5+ years. This has sadly gone downhill regarding scheduling and customer service. I have to wait over a month for an appointment? Which I don't even need at an appointment for a referral I asked for and received over a year ago and they referred me to a bad specialist. Just trying to get a new referral. Will never come here again."

"Its unfortunate the way patients are treated here. I had an appointment and was referred to surgery without prior checking of my condition, when I went to the referral the Surgeon had no idea why I was there and wasn't first checked and then referred to a specialist before ever getting to surgery. Appointments are rushed through. They will have no problem charging you a fee to move an appointment even when you call way before the 48 hour window, but will have no trouble when the Dr. fails to show up for Telehealth appointments at all. Extremely unprofessional."

"Went to this doctor in search for a local new doctor for myself. He was very nice, but as far as convenience, made things difficult. To start, I was given a very short supply of medication with no refills for hair loss, when my last doctor would give me much more. Also, when I asked for my other very basic medication for the cold sores he told me he couldn’t prescribe unless I actively had one. This medication only successfully works at the first sign of a flare up. Being as busy as I am, I recently had to go without since I don’t have time to get in for another appointment for such a basic but helpful medication."
