"I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. DON'T GO TO THIS INCOMPETENT, RUDE pharmacy! My poor 85 year old mother picked up a prescription, got home, and realized that they only gave her half the amount prescribed for one month. It was 2 pills a day for 30 days, which is 60, but they only gave her 30. I called for her, and they said to come back in and they would fix the mistake. I took her back to this pharmacy, and they took the prescription back, and told us to go have a seat, and wait. No apologies for their mistake, and no rush to fix it. They put us behind all the other people waiting for prescriptions. They could have fixed their mistake in 5 minutes, but no. After 40 minutes, I went back to the counter, and asked what the delay was, and she said they were very busy, and we would have to continue to wait. No, my poor, sick mother, had already waited the first time for her prescription, and now we're waiting again because of their mistake?? I was livid, and stood at the counter, and told this arrogant, rude, incompetent Pharmacist, that this was unacceptable, I would just stand there and wait, until she fixed her mistake immediately. People in line were agreeing that they have had issues like that with this pharmacy before, and how terrible they are. I'm frankly surprised they have any patients using them. I wonder if my poor mother had gone alone, how long would they have made her wait for them to fix their mistake???"

"Ok not to bright today! OK here’s one for the books my doctor sends in an order for two prescriptions to the Walgreens on Ventu.I was informed that one of the two prescriptions was ready for pick up however the other one was not ready for pick up because then I get this they need to call the doctor for the refill on today’s order that makes no sense why do they have to call and question the doctor about the doctors order of filling a prescription today. Just forget the refill request it is a new order treat it like a new order and get it filled makes no sense"

"Incompetent doesn’t begin to describe the pharmacy. While waiting in line for my COVID vaccine appointment I watched the lone person behind the counter who is checking in everyone plus getting prescriptions spend 10 minutes fishing through the bags of alphabetized filled prescriptions unable to find the one he needed. Finally the guy handling the drive thru came over and helped him. He found it in 10 seconds. After waiting 40 minutes past my scheduled time (note there was no one in front of me in line for a shot) I watched in horror as the pharmacist failed time and again to fill the syringe with the dose that was for me. She would try and fill it, turn it upside down to check the measurements, tap it with a pencil for some reason, squirt it back into the bottle and start over. At that point I gave up and decided to get the shot somewhere else. I will not be coming back."

"I had an appt for a flu shot. I had to stand in line behind people picking up prescriptions etc and was therefore late. May I suggest during this period you have a separate line for vaccine appts? Also making the appt online took me into a form to fill out and then was directed to SUBMIT which I did. Later I saw directions to print it out and then bring. Therefore I had to redo the form at the pharmacy. A programmer needs to fix this poor design. Add directions for certain stores, print out. And/ or remove the ability to submit the information."

"This was the worst experience with Walgreen's I have ever had! First, online app, it does not maintain an updated active presentations making it a search to find what needs to be refilled! Then, when I arrive to pick up the medication, I wait for10 minutes behind a car waiting at the drive up window until I secuded to back up and park and go inside. There two clerks and a pharmacist behind the counter. One Clark is frantically searching for whatever the customer behind the drive up window is waiting for, the other Clark is on the phone and on hold! The farmacist is also on the phone and in hold!!! This goes on for another 15 to 20 Minutes!!!! Then when I complain to the farmacist she tells me; "we will get to you when we get to you"!!! Wiw! Customer service!!"
