Organized and provides a great overall patient experience. Explains purpose and result of each blood test. They even provide a card with each contacts name and that is so helpful when you have memory impairment issues!"

"I went here for pre-op check in for a San Antonio Hospital future outpatient visit, staff was very friendly and efficient. Sarah and Roxanne took care of my chest X-ray, EKG and blood work. Good parking and easy access, the building was very clean and modern."
"What a profoundly disappointing experience. On our first visit, we had to wait for an hour and a half to see the doctor, and we were never told why, and never saw him. We were told to wait in an 8 x 10 examination room, with no word on when he was coming. I drove an hour and a half to get there. My friend rescheduled her teaching schedule to be there for me. When I finally got up to reschedule the appointment, I was given the wrong patient’s imaging CD on the way out. I had high hopes for the City of Hope. What a disappointing experience!"
