"The scheduling department for derm needs a lot of work. There are only two dermatology locations, and being told to go to a location 45 minutes away, only to not have the doctor there... Then told to rush back in bumper to bumper traffic to the correct doctor's location, only to get a phone call from the receptionist that they actually can't see us tonight. It becomes extremely frustrating when her receptionist makes it seem like it is such a hard appointment to get. No apologies on their end. It really feels like the receptionist doesn't care."

"Today I had to take my three year old for lab work. I cannot sing enough praises for the laboratory and front desk staff at this location. The person drawing her seven vials of blood, was able to accomplish it in one poke. The front desk staff heard her screams of protest and came in with all the treats a three year old could dream off. The front desk staff helped so much relieving both my anxiety and my daughters. They did an amazing job distracting her during her blood draw. The care, consideration, and compassion we received is just spectacular."

"I’m done with this clinic, appointments are so hard to get, I needed to see a doctor and appointments were scheduled three months out! not even a NP was available for same day or even within a week. any annual checkups also need to be scheduled months out, and the health walk in clinic is a joke, I took my 8 year old two months ago on a weekend and they said that they didn’t have the capability of doing anything other than the basic temperature checks, they just said to go to emergency. Some doctors have left and seems like the ones there are not full time, save yourself the stress and just go somewhere else and establish a primary."

"I had an appointment for this morning at 9am. I scheduled this appointment in May. An hour before my appointment- they cancelled and offered no reasoning. After several phone calls I was told that the doctor I was supposed to see today is booked until August. What does that have to do with me? I booked this appointment months ago. Now they have me scheduled for a 2pm appointment with a different doctor so I have had to take the whole day off from work. If you can book somewhere else- do. The woman who eventually helped me schedule another appointment for today was helpful & that’s the only pro."
