They never answer and never call you back even you asked. Please this is nothing don’t go here ."

"I was seeing Dr. Lee at this office, he's a nice doctor, and was concerned about my health, I could not say the same about his medical Assistant nor fromt office staff. The stuff is the worst, when I called to get my lab results after two weeks of getting them done, I was told I needed to wait until my next follow-up appointment to get my lab results, which it was scheduled fpr another two months, I cannot and will not wait that long because Dr. Lee needed to see whether I needed to be on meds or not. Then, Adela said she was going to leave a message for the doctor to call me. To make things even worse they never call me to notify me about my two referrals to the two specialist for my existing helath conditions, Adela had the audacity to put me on hold for over 30 minutes just to check about my referrals, I had to hang up, that was just ridiculous, and of course she NEVER called me back. It's been nearly 6 weeks since I've seen the doctor and still DON'T KNOW, whether or not my two referrals got approved. Horrible experience from Adela (front office) and medical assistant that would NOT even introduce herself. I never knew who was taking my vitals, she wasn't even wearing a name tag."

I switched doctors because the previous medical office I was going to was terrible and had no urgency or real standard of care.
