"I know this a close neighbor clinic, but the wait is unacceptable. You are better off going elsewhere. The wait shouldn’t be any longer than 15 mins.. I understand if it happens ones but every visit I’ve had, I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seen only ONCE a month. Glad I’m changing PCP this place is ridiculous."

"Front desk is a mess, not good customer service. Hart to make a simple appointment... they make you wait holding the phone for long time and at the end they tell you they don’t have any available until couple weeks later...also they take forever to check your benefits. I work for a clinic and it doesn’t take us 1-2 hrs as them, it looks like they don’t know what are they doing... (trying to make an appt because my lil bby is n pain)"

"Dr. Lee is good but office is run so poorly. They can not fax or mail referrals even after you have called the office every day for weeks. They say they did it or their computers are down or lady is not here. Never go here worst ever."
