Prior to our session, I provided information about my sore and tense areas through an online form on MassageBook. Upon our meeting, we discussed these areas briefly before commencing a 1 hour deep tissue massage + reflexology session. As someone who maintains an active lifestyle with frequent workouts and long hours at a computer desk, I have a preference for deep and firm massages, especially in the areas that feel "knotted".
