Established in 2012, IMPACT! Kickboxing Fitness is a group exercise fitness studio offering classes for those aged 12 and up. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff create a welcoming environment where you can enjoy partner work, heavy bag workouts, and aerial silks and straps classes. The instructors I had were so helpful and welcoming (Erik, Erika, Jinnia, Grace, and Kenny) and fellow students and front desk staff were kind and motivated.
