"Held a birthday party for ages 9-10. The staff was not attentive to what's going on and not helpful at all. The arrangement for sitting and eating lacked in organization and hygiene. Some kids including the birthday boy didn't have seats at the table and the staff didn't care. Near zero help from the staff on basically anything during the obstacle course time as well. The facility is nice and has good potential."

"Disappointed... My friend hosted his birthday party here. We were all so excited to have fun, but unfortunately he fell down from a beam and got injured. Accident happens, but this incident was clearly due to the gym's negligence. Prior to the competition, the staff did NOT spend the time to double check the safety of the obstacle equipment (the balance beam was supported by just a few bean bags and it was off center). After the accident, the staff brought an ice pack and didn't help provide any first aid or assistance. He simply went to the front door and went on his phone. This led me to suspect that the staff here were not trained to assist in emergency situations. My friend unfortunately had to get rushed to urgent care as there was a huge lump on his shin. He ended up with a 1cm indent into his shin and needed a splint & crutches."

"So much fun! Very informative staff and helpful tips on overcoming obstacles. Over all a big eye opener to what I need to work on and what lies ahead June 1st Spartan Sprint"

"* Unsafe obstacle collapsed due to gym negligence (see video) * Inadequate first aid provided at gym * No responsibility taken and victim blaming afterwards I chose to get my birthday party hosted here. The obstacle course was not setup safely due to the gym's negligence. We didn't even go half of our reserved party time before I got injured. The obstacle collapsed underneath me when I touched it (see video). The gym didn't provide adequate first aid (ice packs provided were not cold) and I had to get rushed to urgent care as I couldn't feel my foot/shin. Ended up with a 1cm indent into my shin and needed a splint and crutches. I still have 0 feeling left in my shin. The gym refuses to accept any form of responsibility. "if he had landed correctly he wouldn't have gotten injured" (said before we showed them the video) "others used the obstacle without injury" (yea...just because something is unsafe doesn't mean it breaks every time...) "We are heartened to hear that your guests enjoyed the event, supporting each other and embracing new challenges that were both exhilarating and rewarding." "We are happy to know that your friend experienced only superficial injury to their shin." (who says superficial...) These activities inherently come with risk of injury but this happened because the gym was negligent. There's nothing but a couple of small bags keeping the balance on the crate. No fasteners, knots, tape. Balance beam wasn't even designed to be used on an incline."

"Definitely do not come here. It is UNSAFE. The equipment is not set up properly and the owner takes no responsibility for injuries that are fully the fault of the team who works here. Please watch this video of my friend getting injured simply by stepping on the balance beam so you are not similarly injured."
