"We’re do I start..my family an I have been leaving here for almost 6 years an we have been having minor issues but thanks to the maintenance guys an the communication I have with the management people we have been improving with those minor issues. As for our experience everything gets fixed in a blink of an eye. Thanks to Veronica an Alex for taking actions!"

"We're do I start, my family and I have been living here for 6 months now and the manager and staff are really nice, the process was easier then we expected and they were helpful when I had questions and the place is really cute and I love that they have different color apartments. I would recommend this place to anyone, I grew up in san dimas so I love the neighborhood. My kids love that there are other kids to play with. The pool and jacuzzi are nice."

"We moved out of this complex because the management is inconsiderate, rude, and unilaterally changes policy and rules at will. As an attorney, I wanted to lead a tenancy rights group within the complex, but as we had to move, sadly never started it. Now, the strength to this complex are the groundsmen and maintenance workers. Most specifically, Alvaro Cota is competent, empathetic, and enthusiastic. He exemplifies what I would expect in a maintenance lead and his supporting crew."

"When I first moved in this place was amazing. Slowly it started becoming low grade. The current management seems to not know how to do their job. Called multiple times a month about the pool. Night light doesn't work. When I called the office hung up on me as if she were annoyed. We've called about the pool not being cleaned for over a month now. Looks mucky lately. They raise the wash prices without letting us know. Washing machine smell like mold. They put no money into this place. Yes the last two years been raising our rent over 200 every year. The office clearly doesn't know what they are doing. Nor do they care about the satisfactory of the residents. And when called for rates to replace certain fixes in the apartment. They never get back to you"
