"This place is a nightmare - Roaches, No Hot Water for Days, There is always something broken and not functioning."
"I lived here for 2 years. The move in process was completely sloppy, no one even walked through with me they just handed me keys to a dirty apartment. It didn’t even look like it had been cleaned at all before I moved in which was disgusting. I immediately started finding roaches both dead and alive from the very first day. Not to mention the disgusting back alley that you have to drive through to get to the parking garage that’s filled with trash and random homeless people camping out constantly. It was disgusting and had several other problems and was changing management and fees constantly. Fast forward and I have finally moved out September 1st 2022 and over 4 MONTHS later I still have not received my deposit back. They found every reason to keep most of the deposit despite the fact that there was no damages done to the apartment, which is crazy but whatever. All I want is the part that I am confirmed to be owed, but every time I try to call to get it sorted out about WHERE my check is, I’m given the run around and told that I will receive a call back from management which of course I never receive. I’m writing this review because I can never even seem to get in touch with anyone and hopefully I can finally receive my deposit which they have agreed that I am owed. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend anyone else move to this building. Super dirty and the management is impossible to get ahold of."

"This property has such a clean, open feel when you walk in. The common areas are all very aesthetically pleasing. With a fire pit as well as a grill, its nice to be able to step outside of your apartment and still be in a comfortable space. The manager, Terri, has been so nice, informative and GREAT when it comes to communication. Her attention to detail and super kind disposition makes the community so inviting. It also has parking which is a MUST in this area. 5 STARS for sure!"
