"As a first-time customer of this place, I eagerly anticipated trying their chicken pho for delivery. They had a good ratings on doordash but boy was I disappointed. The chicken in the pho was disappointingly tough and overcooked, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the dish. Additionally, the soup lacked the rich, aromatic flavors that I typically associate with a good bowl of pho. While I understand that every restaurant has its off days, my initial impression was unfortunately underwhelming. As a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I had hoped for a more satisfying introduction to this restaurant. Despite this, I remain open to giving Pho 21 another chance in the future, in the hopes that they can deliver a more enjoyable dining experience."
"I was definitely amused by the robot service. That alone was worth the visit for me. In my opinion, the pho was good, as well as the mango drink. I've had better, but I was quite content with what I ordered. The tables and booths were not wiped well, and it was difficult finding a clean spot to sit with many tables empty. Apparently they don't have a table and booth seat cleaning robot yet. I would not go out of my way to return, but I would likely go again if in the area."
