"While I was ordering the food and trying to submit, we had a family emergency, and I totally didn't hit submit after entering my personal information and payment method. My aunt arrived to pick up the order to only realize I didn't hit submit. The staff were so nice and understanding that they created the exact order I had tried to submit an hour before!!! Because of staff like yours, I would definitely go back to this location. You made may aunt feel human and cared for upon realizing the order was never submitted. Thank you so much for your help!!!!! We greatly appreciate it!!!!"
"Food was ready and warm, pickup was easy, only thing would be I wish they had a reminder to the customer or to the employee that the sauces are not in the warming boxes. You kind of just grab and go and assume it's in the box. Otherwise food was great, stuffed crust was great."
"Tried their new Pepperoni Slices-N-Stix. Ordered online and it was ready in the self-serve ovens as scheduled. Pizza and stix tasted pretty good. Didn't interact with the staff since it was self-serve."
"Gross attitudes the worker claimed his name is "Veenu" gave me eye rolls and food even more gross! I came here for my kids around 2:30pm and received a box of BURNED bread and BURNED cheese. I politely asked for a refund. He said I had to call customer service to get a refund. He also stated his manager Shelli was not in. I definitely won't return."
